We are planning to improve your VertiGIS support platform by combining community.vertigis.com and support.vertigis.com into one site.
Today, community.vertigis.com is used exclusively for VertiGIS Studio and support.vertigis.com is used for all other VertiGIS products. Many of you are taking advantage of products from more than one VertiGIS product line, and this brings all global support channels under one roof.
Behind the scenes, both sites use the same platform, so you won't notice any usability differences, but you will see more information about other VertiGIS products. Going forward, we’ll use only the support.vertigis.com website.
You will not need to recreate your account, change your password, or update any subscriptions following the update. Articles and forum threads will be moved to new URLs, so we’re investigating ways to redirect people following the update.
We anticipate that these site updates will be performed in three months’ time – targeting May 15 as our go-live date. We’ll post additional information closer to that date!
