Improve discoverability of mobile apps

After an upgrade to version 5.22 of Studio Go, I notice that most, if not all, of our clients are unable to find their apps. Apparently, it is not obvious one should click on the magnifier icon to be able to add apps to the library.

 

I would suggest adding an extra option to make this more clear:
