Can a user toggle which layers will display map tips?

Hi,

Similar to how users can toggle which layers are identifiable, I was curious if users can also toggle which layers will display map tips when clicked.

edit: I know how to configure it in the Geocortex Essentials Manager, but the user in my organization would like to be able to toggle map tips for specific layers via the viewer user interface. Is this possible?

You can click on the Map >> Layer >> Details >> at the bottom >> Show Map Tips:
