Upcoming removal of support for the deprecated legacy Workflow Activity Pack pattern

A call out for a note you will find in Web 5.23 release notes.

Work is underway to remove support for the deprecated legacy Workflow activity pack pattern. We have proactively reached out to customers that may have still be using this pattern, and anticipate very few will be affected. We are adding logging messages in Workflow runtime to flag this pattern to help customers note it and address it prior to the August 2023 release of Web.

Deprecated since 2020.
Web 5.23 (April 2023) will still support this pattern.
Web 5.24 (June 2023) will still support this pattern.
Web 5.25 (August 2023) will no longer support this pattern. At this point workflow activity packs that are still using the legacy activity pack pattern will fail to load as they will no longer be supported by Workflow runtime.

NOTE: This only affects VertiGIS Studio Web

• This has no effect upon GE/GVH or ArcGIS Web AppBuilder as they are using a different version of Workflow runtime.
• This also has no effect upon ArcGIS Experience Builder since it has never supported this legacy pattern of workflow activity packs.
