Define Installation Location for underlying components (Containers, etc.)

A growing number of customers are requesting the ability to define the installation paths/locations for underlying components that are installed alongside Mobile Designer.


These include items like:

  • Containers
  • NuGet config

    To add/clarify - if some items are required to be installed to C:\ (such as Docker) etc. we would look for confirmation or for a documentation enhancement to defer to.

    We would like to request the capability that Chris has mentioned. Our current IT policy is to only run the operating system on the c:\ drive. We do this to improve the overall stability of our environment and minimize outages. This capability would be extremely beneficial to our organization.
