Fillable fields in report PDFs

Would like to be able to export a report with fillable fields - ie. the end user can click in the field and type values, add digital signature etc. without having to have Adobe pro installed.

adding a comment or sticky note to a PDF in adobe reader is a messy, unprofessional and non-user-friendly option we are not willing to entertain.
