Ability to send push messages to Geocortex Go

It would be a really, really powerful feature to be able to send push messages to the Geocortex Go app. E.g. "A new version of your app has been released. The new functions may not work with map areas downloaded prior to the 1st of January. Please update your downloaded map areas to use the new content and features". + tons of other ways this could be useful.
