Allow a Printing Extent rectangle to show up in the Geocortex WAB Printing Widget

When you use the Print Tool in the GVH Viewer, you get a red rectangle showing the extent of your printing area. This is very useful while selecting a scale, and panning the printing area.

However, while using the Geocortex Printing Widget in WAB, you do not get this red rectangle showing the Printing area. So you kind of have to guess. The safest option is to use Current Extent.

I would like to see a red rectangle showing me the actual printing extent based on the scale I select.
