Support adding events to elements that were dynamically created

I have discovered I am unable to add events to any form control dynamically added with Add Form Element. I created a dynamic form with a set of controls for each result of a query in the previous step.  I wanted to have a second form launched from a button to handle entering records to another 1:M relationship
