IIS Rewrite examples for On-Premises Reporting and Workflow

If you are using a Rewrite or Redirect rule to publish web content outside your network, you will also need rules for on-premise Workflow and/or on-premise Reporting, in order for them to work correctly and reach the sub-directories.
